In our newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment our guests can expect a

KITCHEN with ceramic sink, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer combination as well as a Senseo coffee machine (pods and brewed coffee), kettle, toaster, egg cooker and all kitchen utensils for daily needs.
Cleaning utensils, tea towels and rags are provided.
Highlight: SodaStream soda maker with 2 glass bottles.
All seating furniture is covered in leather and is hygienically perfect.

LIVING ROOM with a comfortable leather couch, flat-screen TV with satellite connection and free Wi-Fi. Broadband LAN connection for a fee.
An extra bed may be possible here.

BEDROOM with double bed or twin beds (to be specified when booking), a chest of drawers with plenty of storage space and a possibility to hang clothes.
The mattresses are covered with hygienic requirements and are cleaned every time there is a change of tenant.
Bed linen is included in the rental price.

DAYLIGHT BATHROOM with tub and shower, mirror cabinet with storage space, a washing machine and drying facilities.
Towels and shower towels are included in the rental price.

DIELE with wardrobe and shoe cabinet as well as space to store utensils (e.g. tool case or similar).

Small TERRACE with table and 2 armchairs. Smoking is allowed here.

PARKING for one car or small van in the driveway.

All windows are equipped with privacy blinds, and blackout blinds are installed in the bedroom.

Description

Our apartment was newly renovated in 2019, exclusively equipped and has received a 3*** classification from the German Tourism Association.

Price scales depending on the length of stay:
up to 3 months stay: 25€/night/person = 350 € / week
4 - 6 months stay : 20€/night/person = 280 € / week
from 7. Monthly stay : 15€/night/person = 210 € / week
A deposit of 200€ incl. 1 key is to be paid in cash on arrival and handover. Each additional key 50 €.

All shops for daily needs (Lidl, Rewe, bakery), as well as doctor and pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 800 m).
The A8 motorway can be reached in less than 5 minutes. From there you have a connection to the A 1 and A 6. Luxembourg is about 50 minutes away by car and the border with France can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
