Each of the brand new apartments has access to the terrace or balcony as well as a brand new fitted kitchen with oven / fridge / ceramic hob
The rooms are all furnished by our professional carpenter (hotel equipment) and offer extremely comfortable beds, desks, storage facilities, wardrobes and have been individually designed and installed for each apartment. The spacious bathroom has a large, walk-in shower and toilet.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of supermarkets, bakeries and other shopping facilities
... What we offer:

1-room apartments ( approx. 30sqm ) for use by 1 or 2 persons
2 room apartments ( approx. 55 sqm ) for the use of up to 3 people
3 room apartments ( approx. 80sqm ) for the use of up to 6 people

All prices include the use of the furniture, they include all utilities and also the use of the Wi-Fi.
A parking space can be rented on request in the hotel's own underground car park for € 40.00 per month. Please note that at no time can you drive DIRECTLY to the front door ( this is a pure footpath )

· The personal belongings such as crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, bed linen, etc. are brought by the residents of Landofliving Regensburg themselves.

The keys are handed over via a key safe after payment of the first rent
