Ideally suited for 2 people but also for max. 2 more people. Washer and dryer (extra charge)available. Small outdoor area with garden table and garden chairs is available. 2 car parking spaces or 4 motorcycle parking spaces or 1 motorhome parking space available. Shopping: In about 5 minutes walk you can reach the center of Zaberfeld with all shopping facilities.
Location: approx. 15 minutes walk from the beach of the Ehmetsklinge reservoir or the romantic Katzenbachsee forest lake. For breakfast, the modern Café Stromberghof is about a 7-minute walk away. To the family and amusement park Tripsdrill about 13 minutes by car.
Rents:(Prices each / night for the whole apartment for 1 or 2 persons occupancy, additional costs per person for more than 2 persons, see information below) Minimum stay is 2 nights from EUR 75,-/night (during the week) for only one night we charge an additional service and cleaning fee of EUR 55,-(also applies to the weekend price). From 3 nights onwards, from Mon.-Thu. from € 70,--/night, the weekend price from Fri.-Sun. is from € 95,--/night. For rentals of at least 7 days at a time, the price is EUR from € 60,-/night. For a longer rental period from 4 weeks and longer EUR from € 49,-/night. More than 5 weeks by appointment.
Additional costs: for more than 2 persons occupancy we charge EUR 10,-/person and night (from the age of 16 years), for children from 0 to 15 years you pay EUR 5,-/person and night
