Additional information

The apartment is newly renovated and has 3 bedrooms. Each comes with 3 single beds, matching bedside tables and bedside power outlets. An extra bed will be provided for the 10th person if required.
Of course, there are cupboards in the rooms and a table with three chairs each.
In each bedroom there is a 50 inch 4K TV, on which 164 programs are received - 140 of them in HD quality.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for self-management. It is equipped with fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils and crockery.

In total there are three modern bathrooms. Two of them with toilet, one with shower.

A washer-dryer is also available.

You are welcome to use our parking space directly in front of the door. In addition, parking on the street is easily possible - even with larger cars, trucks, vans and trailers.

Of course, the use of Wi-Fi, final cleaning, provision of bed linen, electricity, heating, water, etc. are included in the price.
Towels can be provided after separate consultation.

Description

Supermarkets and shops for daily needs are within walking distance.

Rental always from Saturday - Saturday / Sunday - Sunday. Full weekly prices are always charged.

Total price for 1-4 persons: 700 € + VAT / week
For person no. 5+6: each +175 € + VAT / week

Longer term rentals start at € 22.50 per person / night and can be requested.
When booking several apartments and a rental period of more than 4 months, we offer you individual discounts.
