Here we offer our completely and friendly furnished holiday apartment / fitter's apartment in the heart of the Ruhr area, in Bochum - Wattenscheid.
Best connection to the motorways and trains in the area.
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-family house. The apartment is designed for 1-4 people and has a living space of approx. 54 sqm.

The apartment has been completely renovated including new bathroom, windows, electrics, heating, walls, ceilings, floors and doors.

There are 2 bedrooms, in one of these bedrooms there is a bed in 1.40m x 2.00m and a bed in 0.90m x 2.00m, in the other room 2 beds 0.90m x 2.00m, 40 inch TV are of course standard in both rooms. The new windows are equipped with shutters.
Wi-Fi is also available.

A kitchen--living room with complete kitchenette and equipment including coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and corner bench group and sofa.

Bed linen, towels, household paper and final cleaning included.

Of course, smoking can also be done in the apartment, but please only in the kitchen and not in the bedrooms.

The prices are 25,00€ per person, for 2 people from 3 people 22,50€, for 4 people 20€. Individuals pay 35€ per night, everything from 4 nights. All inclusive of all utilities.
