There are 2 apartments for rent - a total of about 180m2 on the first and second floor of a tenement house on the main street of the city, opposite the Pogoria shopping mall. Very good communication. Both apartments are sunny. However, there is no heating at the moment (the plan is to connect to city heating, currently you can heat with electricity). They have toilets and bathrooms and a kitchenette in 1 of them. The apartments require adaptation at a low cost. They are successfully suitable for a staff hotel after being equipped with beds and other furniture / hostel. Rents negotiable, depending on the amount of adaptation work.
