We are now renting out an attic apartment in the district of Dortmund - Bittermark.

The apartment offers a generous 49 square meters of space for up to 4 people.

It has comfortable single beds.
The Singel kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a 2 plate cooker, small oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary cooking utensils you need for a carefree and independent stay.

With charming views of the surrounding area.
The apartment also has a bathroom with tub and shower / toilet.

Free parking is plentiful on site, so you can park your vehicle right in front of the property. You also benefit from excellent transport links in Dortmund and the surrounding area, as the apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the motorway.

Price per night / per person 25,00€ plus 7% VAT.

Intermediate cleaning (14 days) and final cleaning
is € 50.00 each.
Linen & towel change included.
