Ground floor
The living room of our holiday home consists of a cozy sitting area, and a beautiful wood stove, with which the living room can be heated.

In the dining room there is a dining table with four chairs and a sofa. In the closet you will find various games so that you can enjoy yourself even on days with less good weather. There is a TV with Google Chromecast.

The small but cozy kitchen is fully equipped, including four-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, Japanese grill plate, small fryer, toaster. Of course, pans, plates and cutlery for six people, bowls, glasses, etc. are available.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. There is also a vacuum cleaner, broom, mop and bucket in case of an accident.

We would like to share with you here the important information about the holiday home.

The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there are living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom / WC, bedroom with bunk beds. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms.

Ground floor

Attic
In the attic of our cottage there are two bedrooms with two single beds each. The entire upper floor is equipped with insect screens, so you do not suffer from insects, especially in the summer months. In all bedrooms there is a wardrobe for storing clothes. Since there is a wooden floor in the attic, it is not allowed to take the dogs upstairs.

The garden around the house is completely fenced so that the dogs can roam freely. There is also a terrace adjacent to the living room. Patio furniture and barbecue are available.

Bed linen is provided by us. In addition, we provide one towel and one bath towel per person, so you have to take less luggage with you.

Dogs are welcome. We expect you to make sure that the dogs don't break anything. Any damage will of course be compensated by you. If your dog(s) should do something on the premises, we expect you as a good dog owner to clean it up. The same applies if something happens unexpectedly inside.

Last but not least, you have a beautiful view of the Westerwald from the living room.
