Additional information

A whole house for up to 4 people. With lockable garage and parking space in the yard. The garden is fenced, with terrace and a brick barbecue. A large bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet.The kitchen contains a wood stove, may be used for cooking or additional heating. Dishes, pots are available, as well as kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. An electric stove with ceramic hob and oven. The fridge has a freezer. In the living room a flat screen TV with DVD player. We have a small selection of films ready for you. Of course with SAT. Connection.
On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a country house double bed and a fold-out couch. On this can also sleep 2 people. A small storage room with a safe for your valuables.

Description

For teams up to 4 people, the whole house is at your disposal, they do not have to share your accommodation with strangers.
A modern kitchen with dining table awaits you that living room has a cozy couch for DVD and TV evenings..
In the large bathroom you are welcome to use the washing machine, even a drying rack has space here if necessary. A shower, mirror cabinet, toilet, there is one shower towel and one towel available per person.
In the large bedroom there is a double bed, if necessary 2 people can sleep on the pull-out couch. The beds are already made.
In the garden there is a brick barbecue and a terrace for cozy evenings.
A swimming lake (the Oberrieder Weiher) is 5 minutes away by car.
In half an hour's drive you are at Legoland Germany, we are also ideal for a family holiday.
The garage with parking space in front of it is located on the property.
The prices are staggered according to overnight stay:
Basic rent for the house up to 2 persons 1 -2 nights per night 100,00
Each additional person 10 euros more.
For 3-6 nights per night 90 euros, each person another 10 euros more.
From 7 nights 80 euros per night, each additional person 10 euros more.

With 10 nights for a team of 4 fitters, that would be 25 euros per person per night. For this you get a cozy ambience in a house for you alone.
