The newly renovated, modern 3-room apartment on the upper floor (up to 5 guests, additional extra bed on request) (approx. 45sqm) has a spacious living-dining area with open kitchen and bar. The two bedrooms have 2 single beds each; in the living room there is 1 queen-size bed, which can also be used as a coach. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination, induction hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle. The bathroom has a spacious floor-to-ceiling shower. There is a private gorgeous south-west facing balcony with awning, equipped with furniture.

Description

The apartment house is located in Filderstadt-Sielmingen, in a quiet residential area in the southern Stuttgart area - only 6km from the trade fair and airport. It includes two 2-room apartments, as well as a 3-room apartment and a 4-room apartment, which can be booked together but also separately.

Neighborhood:
Bakery, supermarket, restaurant etc. can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. In the neighboring house opposite, you can buy regional products such as eggs, vegetables, etc. There is also a penny market (open until 10pm) about 500m away. For the quick hunger there is a delicious kebab snack bar (the very nice owner bakes the kebab bread fresh...) right around the corner. Further shopping facilities are within a radius of 2km.

Means of transport:
It is conveniently located (to the A8, A81, B 27 and B 312), with free parking right in front of the house. The B27 is a 2-3 minute drive away, which takes you directly to the trade fair/airport (10 min), the A8 or Stuttgart (20-25 min). Reutlingen, Metzingen (well-known Outlet City) and Tübingen can also be reached in 15-20 minutes by car.
You can also easily get to the trade fair and the airport by public transport (bus 817 and S2). The bus stop ("Lange Straße", bus 817) is about 50m from the accommodation. The S-Bahn station is 1700 metres away.
