The large and bright apartment is located on the 1st floor and in the attic. There is always plenty of free street parking in front of the house. There is also space for trucks and vans. In the garden there is a place for grilling.

Living and dining room:
In bad weather, the room offers over 33 m² of space in front of a 55" TV on a beautiful living area. Netflix and game console are of course included. The dining table can be extended up to 2.60 m and thus allows enough space for a breakfast together in a larger group.

4 Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds each. 2 other bedrooms have 2 double beds.

Kitchen:
In addition to an apothecary cabinet, which holds a lot of food, the kitchen also offers a large freezer, which definitely fits more than just a pack of ice cream. A dishwasher ensures a relaxing holiday . Furthermore, you can find many important things: microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

Bathroom:
The bright 9 m² daylight bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to take a relaxing bath after a busy day.

Lounge:
Would you like to end the day with a wheat beer or a glass of wine and listen to nature? The lounge offers a fantastic view over the Weser Uplands.

Due to its quiet yet convenient location, our holiday apartment in the Hessisch Oldendorf district of Segelhorst offers you the ideal starting point for tourist tours to the Weser Uplands as well as for business purposes. Although you are close to nature, the A2 is only 5 minutes away, allowing you to quickly reach Hanover and more distant destinations. Visitors to the BDH Clinic can easily master the 2.4 km distance on foot or with our free rental bikes.
