Description

We provide you with a beautiful and well-equipped apartment with an area of about 60 square meters.
The apartment is located on the 1st upper floor and has a separate entrance, accessible via the yard of my property.
The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom.
In the bedroom you will find two single beds as well as a wardrobe and TV.
In the kitchen with fitted kitchenette, radio, refrigerator, 4-burner stove and oven, as well as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher you can prepare your food like at home. Everything is available here, from spoons to soup pots.
In the living room is a seating area of sofa and armchair with a view of the garden. Here an extra bed with 2 beds (both available in the apartment) is possible. Thus, a group of 4 people can sleep in the apartment. A satellite TV is also available in the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with bathtub and integrated shower, toilet and sink with hot and cold water. Towels and bath towels are provided.
Parking is available. The offer is aimed at self-catering.
