We rent a cozy and quietly located apartment in Spremberg on the top floor.

The apartment is designed with a double bed for 2 people. An extra bed for 1 additional person is possible, as there is a single bed in the living room/bedroom.

About the apartment
The apartment is about 30 m² in size and is located in Muskauer Straße in Spremberg. It has a large living/sleeping area with dining area, kitchen, living area with couch and sleeping area and a separate bathroom. Children and pets are of course welcome here. The apartment is located in a separate house on the 1st floor under the roof. It is spatially delimited and has its own entrance. A parking space for a car is located in front of the house.

Around the apartment
Spremberg Train Station is just a few minutes' walk from the property. The same applies to the nearest bus stop. There is space for her car in front of the house. The city centre is approximately 1.2 km away. In the city center you will find several shops, drugstores, a cinema, pharmacies, organic markets and various restaurants.
