Description

The apartment was newly renovated at the end of 2020 and fully furnished.
Everything you need is available.
Crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, pans, pots, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker and much more.
Fresh linen is provided every 2 weeks.
Towels weekly.
Everything is there all around.
Price graduation as follows: from 01.10.2022
(Unfortunately, we have to increase prices by 30% due to extremely high (politically ordered) energy costs)

2 persons
in a double room: 33€/night/person = 462 € / week
in a single room: 38€/night/person = 532 € / week

3 persons
in a 3-bed room: 30€/night/person = 630€ / week
Single room + double room: 33€/night/person = 693€/week

4 persons
2x double room: 28€/person/night = 784€ / week

5-6 persons: 910€ or 1092€ /week

Final cleaning one-time 50 €

A deposit of 200 € per room or 300 € if both rooms are booked through a company, must be paid in cash on arrival.
A house and apartment key is included in the respective deposit. A deposit of €50 will be charged for each additional key (2).
In the 3-bed room there is a built-in safe, which can be used free of charge. All you need to do is pay a deposit for the key.
