We offer you two comfortably furnished guest rooms with separate entrance.

At the moment we can offer two rooms with TV (one with double bed and separate bed, the other with three single beds).

The rooms are to be occupied separately from each other or to be rented completely as a holiday apartment.

There is a shower room, a small kitchen (equipped with mini oven, hotplates, fridge, microwave and coffee machines) and a small terrace with seating.

Also a fireplace / barbecue area are available - this can be rented additionally.

Description

The Göttingen Birkenhof is located close to the city and rural at the same time.

The nearest supermarket is about 1km away, the nearest bus stop about 800m. BAB and train station are within easy reach.

For the entire apartment - also long-term rental possible - separate conditions apply. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

The rooms and accommodation prices include bed linen, towel use and final cleaning - but without breakfast.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.

Parking is available right outside the door.
