Description
Modern, cosy holiday home in a central and quiet location.
The house has a large garden with a large covered terrace, ideal for relaxing after work.
There are 3 bedrooms (satellite TV) with 2 single beds each, which could also be converted to a double bed.
Furthermore, a shower room/WC and another WC.
Living-dining room (satellite TV) with patio door to the terrace and garden.
Complete kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, etc.
Separately, a 2nd refrigerator and a freezer are available.
Basement with washing machine and dryer
The large covered terrace with garden furniture, darts, bocce, a sandpit for the children and a hammock to relax.
There are also enough ashtrays for smokers.
The large garden is completely fenced and not visible from the street.
A car parking space on the property and further parking in the street area in front of the property.
