Good morning
We run two facilities in Warsaw, below we present the offer:

Object No. 1 (staff hotel)
It offers spacious rooms for 2 - 3 - 4 people (only single beds) in a facility with sanitary facilities and kitchen rooms in the common areas.
We rent rooms on a monthly, 14-day or weekly basis (without a deposit) - a one-time fee on the day the room is handed over.

Single beds only.

Price per night for a monthly stay:
18 PLN/person - room for 3 - 4 people (standard floor),
20 PLN/person - room for 2 - 3 - 4 persons (ground floor standard +)

Object No. 2 (higher standard):
It offers very comfortable rooms for 2 - 3 - 5 people in separate residential segments with an independent bathroom, toilet and a spacious kitchen with a dining room.

We rent rooms on a monthly basis (without a deposit) - a one-time fee on the day the room is handed over.

We do not practice combining strangers in one room, so we choose the size of the room according to the accepted reservation.

Free parking.
It takes 25 minutes to get to the center directly by public transport - buses every 5 minutes (Sobieskiego stop)

Price per night for a monthly stay:
21 PLN/person - 5-person room, wide 100 x200 cm single beds,
22 PLN/person - 3-person room,
23 PLN/person - 2-person room
For larger groups, it is possible to rent the entire residential segment or floor exclusively. (promotion 21 PLN/person)
