Description

The small accommodation in Gelsenkirchen-Schalke is close to the A42 motorway and the B227, which leads to the A40.
There is thus a good connection to the entire Ruhr and Rhine area.

The property is also easily accessible by public transport, just 10 minutes from Gelsenkirchen main station.

In our small accommodation there are 5 apartments available for fitters.
Four apartments with 2 rooms and one apartment with 4 rooms.
The rooms can be rented as both single and double rooms.

All rooms are equipped with 2 single beds, bedside table, clothes rail, table with 2 chairs, sideboard/cupboard and TV.
Opaque curtains offer enough privacy.

Wi-Fi available.

In each apartment there is a kitchen with complete basic equipment.
Stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, (filter) coffee machine, kettle, pots, pan, dishes, cutlery, boards, salt, pepper, oil, baking paper, coffee filters.

The bathrooms are equipped with shower or bathtub, toilet and sink.
In the four-room apartment there is also another toilet.

If something is still needed, just let me know, we will surely find a solution.

Of course, all rooms can be locked individually.
Also on the key ring are apartment door and front door keys.

Bedding, shower and hand towel, as well as shower gel are available for our guests.

In our cupboard in the attic, hair dryer, toaster, iron, games and other things can be borrowed.

All apartments are exclusively non-smoking apartments. Chairs and ash buckets are available in the courtyard!
