We offer comfortable accommodation for craftsmen, fitters, i.e. for all people who supervise your project or work on construction sites nearby.
Minimum booking = three nights.

We offer clean and well-kept fitters' rooms, equipped with one, two or three comfortable single beds.
Each bed has its own chest of drawers, bedside table, washbasin and clothes rail.
Each room is equipped with a table and plenty of chairs.
Sufficiently fast Wi-Fi is freely available

For new customers, a key deposit of €50 must be paid, which will be refunded when moving out, provided that the rented room is returned as agreed.
The rent and deposit must be paid for the agreed rental period or at least for one week in advance. Rental payments can be made by debit card (with PIN), in cash or by bank transfer (stating the Rg.Nr).
The current VAT is included in the rental price and will be shown. Of course, every tenant receives a proper invoice.
Takeover and return of the rooms is possible for new customers Mon to Fri. From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Regular customers can move into and return the rooms around the clock.
We prefer cashless payment methods.
Reservations from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The price is € 15,- per night in a shared room.
The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
It is not a hotel, the rooms, sleeping places and common areas have to be tidied up and kept clean on your own.
The duvet covers are handed over freshly washed and must also be returned. We do not offer final cleaning, this must be done by the tenants themselves when they move out.
