Description

Privately, I rent out a spacious apartment in Hermsdorf to fitters from time to time and also like to use it as a holiday apartment. The total living space is approx. 75 sqm.
The living quarters are located on the first and second floors.
There is a large bathroom with tub, shower and sink, a living room with 2 couches and an armchair as well as a coffee table and flat screen TV.
In the kitchen you can cook and everything is available there.
There is also an extendable table with chairs in the kitchen.

Sleeping is available for four people, in three bedrooms.
Wi-Fi is available and free parking is in front of the house.
In the courtyard there is a living room and chairs with table to linger.
Towels and bed linen as well as final cleaning are included in the price.

The nearest larger cities are Gera and Jena, which are about 20 km away from where we live.
Since you can reach the Hermsdorfer Kreuz motorway connection within 5 minutes,
you can be in Erfurt, Halle or Leipzig within an hour.

The apartment is not suitable for people with walking disabilities, as it can only be reached via stairs.
It is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
Pets are welcome.
