Fitter's accommodation in the centre of Bruchsal with 2 separate apartments for 5 people each, each with its own kitchen and its own bathroom/toilet.

The accommodation consists of two separate apartments (2 residential units) with a total of 10 beds and is ideal for companies, subcontractors and assembly teams. There are 2 separate apartments – each apartment with its own kitchen and its own bathroom/WC (no shared kitchen).

Each apartment is practically divided and can accommodate up to 5 people. The room layout is particularly suitable for teams that work together but are to be accommodated in separate residential units. A total of 10 separate beds are available.

Equipment:
Both apartments are fully equipped and designed for a comfortable stay. There is Wi-Fi, TV, separate beds, wardrobes, bedside tables and washing facilities. Each apartment has its own kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery – ideal for self-catering. Each apartment also has its own bathroom/toilet.

Location / Connections:
Very good location in the center of Bruchsal. SEW-EURODRIVE and John Deere are within easy reach. Bus stop, Bruchsal train station and shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi, REWE) are a few minutes away, sometimes about 3 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries and other amenities are also nearby.

Karlsruhe can be reached in about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. The property offers good connections to Karlsruhe and Heidelberg, as well as quick access to the A5 motorway. Also very suitable for operations in Karlsruhe and the surrounding area.

Public parking is available in front of the building or in the immediate vicinity.
