The apartments are all well equipped with their own kitchenette (2-burner induction hotplate, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots, pans, etc.). The modern smart TV and plenty of seats complete this area. The sleeping area is aligned with sturdy single beds. There is 1 closet per sleeping place. 1 set of bed linen and towels (shower towels and a smaller towel) are provided per sleeping place. Each apartment has its own modern bathroom with a large spacious shower.

The window on the ground floor and 1st floor offer a quick darkening option with the electric blind. The windows on the 2nd floor have blackout blinds.

Wi-Fi is available.

A washing machine is available for possible laundry.

Prices:
- Apartment for 1 person
The rent is €28 per day for one person.
For a rental period of at least 1 month, the rent is € 25 per day.

- Apartment for up to 2 people
The rent is €25 per person per day.
For a rental period of at least 1 month, the rent is € 22 per person per day.

- 2 room apartment for up to 4 people, single beds (minimum occupancy 3 people)
1 bedroom with 4 single beds
The rent is €25 per person per day.
For a rental period of at least 1 month, the rent is € 22 per person per day.

- 3-room apartment for up to 4 people (minimum occupancy 3 people)
2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds in the attic (with sloping roof)

The rent is €25 per person per day.

Deposit:
The rental deposit is € 300.00 and, like the rent, must be paid in advance for the booked period. The rental deposit will be paid out immediately after the acceptance of the apartment if there is no damage.

Cleaning:
For the final cleaning € 39.00 will be charged. This includes the cleaning of the bathrooms, the floor and furniture, the removal of bed linen, the washing of bed linen and towels.

The apartment are to be left as found, i.e. for example dishes, pots and hotplate are cleaned and neatly put away.
The garbage is disposed of in the trash cans in front of the house.

We have to charge for significant additional expenses according to the effort for our cleaning lady.

The prices include electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and other utilities.
