The location is urban and central.
The loft is located in the posh 19th district (Döbling) in Vienna on tram line 37 (Guneschgasse stop). Only about 150 m away is the underground: lines U4 and U6 and the train (station Spittelau). With the U4 you are in 5 minutes in the city center (Schwedenplatz). Around the corner there is also tram line D and bus 37A.

Park:
In 1190 Vienna, the short-term parking zone applies. From Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., parking tickets must be used, which cost approximately € 2.50 per hour. Maximum parking time is 3 hours. From 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., parking is free throughout the district. You can buy the parking tickets in a tobacconist 200m away (Döblinger Hauptstraße 64) or in the subway station. Nearby there is a parking garage where you pay 6 € per day.
