Description

Hi , we offer a fully furnished apartment for fitters . It can accommodate up to 5 people.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen in our bright apartment.
A bathroom with shower.
A washing machine is also available.
2 double bedrooms with single beds.
A large open living room with couch ( with sleeping function ) and large fireplace which invites you to sit together comfortably.
There is also a terrace in the apartment. Where you are welcome to barbecue.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the whole apartment. You are welcome to smoke on the spacious terrace with ashtray.

Wi-Fi is also part of it

Prices:

Minimum rental 3 days

3-5 days = 160€ per day

Up to 10 days = 125€ per day

From 11 days = 100€ per day

The apartment is only rented in its entirety!!

We charge a one-time fee of 50€ for the final cleaning. In case of heavy soiling, you will be charged according to effort!

All prices include VAT, all utilities such as water \ electricity/ heating etcpp.

We also provide hand / shower towels, bed linen and of course kitchen towels free of charge.

Shops are less than 5 min. away by car. It can also be reached quickly on foot without much effort. Such as: Supermarkets. A petrol station can also be reached in no time at all.
