From now on we offer our fully equipped 85m² fitter's apartment for up to 5 people, consisting of:

- a 2-bed bed and
- a 3-bed room
- a large, fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, 2x fridge and freezer combination as well as dishwasher & microwave
- a daylight bathroom with shower and large bathtub incl. own washing machine with 5kg capacity and drying rack
- and a small living room with TV, books and games.

Free, private Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment!
(the Wi-Fi extends to the outdoor area)
Towels are provided on a weekly basis, bed linen every 2 weeks.

The summer corner in the covered area can be used (by arrangement), smoking is also allowed here, smoking is absolutely prohibited in the apartment itself!
In front of the house there is enough free parking for cars or sprinters.

Minimum rental period 7 days, for longer stays (from 3 months) we grant a 10% discount!

**Additional pricing information**
the following staggering for an overnight stay of 7 days net:
5 p. / night = 20,00€
4 p. / night = 25,00€
3 p. / night = 33,33€
2 p. / night = 50,00€
1 person / night = 100,00€

Otherwise, a final cleaning fee of €50.00-€100.00 (depending on the degree of soiling) will be charged when moving out.

Supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance, there is a good train connection to Bad Homburg / Frankfurt am Main, as well as to Usingen / Grävenwiesbach.
The A661, A3 & A5 motorways can be reached in a few minutes by car.
