The rooms are covered with laminate, bathroom tiled. The kitchen with the new fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine / dishwasher / microwave / stove / refrigerator with freezer compartment etc.
The bathroom with shower and window is also newly furnished in a modern black and white contrast.
In addition to the furniture, the apartment is equipped with everything - from the coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, pots, plates, cups, glasses to decorations, etc. A flat-screen TV is included, as is the radio and Wi-Fi.
Bed linen / towels etc. are also included.
It is a non-smoking apartment and it should stay that way. Smoking in the garden is possible and can also be used ( small sitting area in front of the living room, see photo ).

The apartment is located in Braunschweig / Gartenstadt, directly on the BAB A39 and A391 . In the immediate vicinity there is a local recreation area ( South Sea ), a green area with a lake.
The infrastructure is good: discounters, retailers, bakeries to restaurants, doctors and pharmacies can be found within easy reach. The bus stops just a few meters in front of the door.
By car you can reach the A39 (Salzgitter-Wolfsburg-Hanover) in one minute.
The rent is: € 750.00 for 1 person including all utilities such as heating, water, garbage collection, chimney sweep, TV fees, street cleaning, WLAN, etc.etc. ( electricity extra ) . About a 2nd person we would then have to talk about the rent.
Due to bad experiences, I am unfortunately forced to ask for a 1 month's rent deposit.
