Furthermore, there is a small garden with separate access in each room.

Kitchen: fridge, hob, oven, sink, dishwasher, kettle, crockery and cutlery, washing machine, microwave

In the immediate vicinity there is an excellent infrastructure to the public transport network, bus and train right on the doorstep. There are sufficient parking facilities available. By car, the motorways A 46 and A 3 can be reached in up to 10 minutes, i.e. good accessibility to all surrounding cities.
