This cozy apartment is located very close to the motorway in Hainichen in a quiet location, but at the same time close to the center. The apartment has a terrace with appropriate seating and, as a further small highlight, a fireplace in the living room. With a fully equipped kitchen, which is equipped with all cooking utensils as well as a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher, you can cook and have breakfast in peace. The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a generous, walk-in shower and of course a toilet, so you have everything you need for your stay. In the spacious bedroom there are two single beds, which are additionally separated from each other by a wardrobe as a room divider. If necessary, an extra bed can be made by means of a bunk bed. The sofa in the living room can be folded out. Also, this unit has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and ample free parking on the street in front of the property. In the area there are easy access to public transport, lots of nature and beautiful green areas, as well as several supermarkets nearby to do your shopping. Enjoy a well-deserved end of the day after work.
Smoking is of course possible on the terrace.
