This apartment building consists of 10 rooms with different room sizes

Shared use of the kitchen (23m² - furnished), the two bathrooms, a laundry room with 3 showers in the basement, a total of 3 toilets, the laundry room with washing machine (13m²) and the garden (600m²) possible.

ATTENTION: No services are offered, only a long-term rental of the house is offered – the tenant is responsible for cleaning the rooms (house) and the premises.

The center of Tulln is 4 km and the train station 3 km away / BUS STOP next to the house.

Prices per calendar week and person --- EUR 100 - 140,- (incl. 10% VAT)

CANCELLATION POLICY – any free cancellations are only possible until FRIDAY – 10:00 in the previous week for the coming week. In case of NON-COMPLIANCE, a weekly fee will be charged.
