The first apartment has its own entrance, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another (guest) toilet. In the living room with couch and TV are the kitchen and a dining table. There are two single beds in the bedroom. Another bed can be added. Price for the whole accommodation: €50/person or €30/person for 2 to 3 people.
The second apartment has its own entrance, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower tray and toilet. In the living room with couch and TV are the kitchen, a dining table and a single bed. Another bed can be added. Price for the whole accommodation: €45/person or €25/person for two people.
Minimum occupancy 3 nights
By arrangement and for an extra charge, additionally bookable:
- another bed and/or a children's cot
- additional change of linen
There are plenty of free public parking spaces on the street.
Pizzerias, snack bars, cafés, bakeries, pubs, restaurants, hairdressers, drugstores, gas stations, doctors and much more. such supermarkets are within walking distance and are partly open Mon-Sat 08:00-22:00.
Convenient location, as motorways (A61, A565), federal roads (e.g. to Bonn), bus stops and the train station can be reached quickly and easily. The nearest bus stop is about a 3-minute walk away and the train station is about a 15-minute walk away. Thus, fast and good connections, not only to Bonn, are available. Cologne/Bonn Airport can be reached in about half an hour.
