We rent out 2 worker rooms in our house with Wi-Fi, TV, garage/parking space and kitchenette.

Our house is located in the center of Neukirchen am Teisenberg, a small Bavarian community with just under 500 inhabitants.
With the connection directly to the A8 Munich / Salzburg, you can reach Salzburg in just under 20 minutes. The district town of Traunstein can be reached in just under 15 minutes, Munich is about 100km away.

Equipment:
Room 1 with large single bed (140x200cm), chest of drawers and armchair
Room 2 with double bed, chest of drawers and armchair

Shared bathroom with shower tray and separate toilet.

Both rooms have direct access to the balcony with seating.
The rooms are non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony.

Additional lounge/common room with seating, TV, tea/snack kitchen. Fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee maker are provided.
Wifi available throughout the house.

Access to the rooms is via the communal entrance.

Shopping facilities:
Neukirchen has 2 restaurants, 1 petrol station and 1 bakery with a small village shop, where all important things for daily needs are available. The nearest larger towns are the market town of Teisendorf and Siegsdorf (each approx. 8km) with further shopping and leisure facilities.

Leisure activities:
In addition to km of hiking/running and cycling trails, the nearby swimming pool can be used in summer. In winter you can go skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and tobogganing. The slope is suitable for beginners.

Hint:
There are 2 cats living in our house. The rooms are therefore not suitable for allergy sufferers.

Minimum rental period: 3 nights
