The apartment is located in the basement with a separate entrance, which can be reached via a small staircase. You enter the apartment via your own small hallway with storage space & cloakroom.Behind the apartment door there is a storage room. The fully equipped kitchen is located directly to the left when you enter the apartment.
Via a door from the hallway you enter the spacious and bright living room with a corner couch including sleeping function for one adult or two children, coffee table, wall unit with TV & digital satellite reception as well as a stereo system and DVD player.
Behind it follows the bedroom with a comfortable upholstered double bed 180x200 cm, with high and new pocket spring mattresses & adjustable slatted frames.
Further features in this room are a spacious 3-door wardrobe and 2x Nakos with lamp.
From there it goes into the newly renovated & modern bathroom with large sink, toilet, LED mirror, hair dryer, dimmable lamp with Bluetooth speaker & a spacious walk-in shower.
