The apartment is very centrally located in a very quiet side street and is only one tram stop away from the trade fair or two stops from Cologne Deutz train station. It is located on the ground floor of a three-storey house and has separate, barrier-free access. This makes it an ideal accommodation for both private and business travellers. The interior includes: bathroom with shower and toilet, two rooms (three single beds in one room and two in the other), flat screen TV, dining and desk, a separate kitchen with kitchen appliances such as: hotplate, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, washing machine, crockery and cutlery.
