Directly at the University of Kiel I offer you my apartment. It is a living room with a maximum of 3 sleeping places. The dining kitchen with modern fitted kitchen invites you to cook and has a dining area. Crockery, cooking pots, coffee maker, microwave, cutlery etc. are available.

The small apartment is staggered by the rent. Here on this page I should enter the cheapest rent, that's what I did - this is the text on the page:
"Please indicate your lowest price here (e.g. With full occupancy and monthly payment per person per night)"
Here is the explanation of pricing:
However, this does not say anything about the rent - because if the apartment is occupied by only one person, this costs 60, - € per night, minimum rental period 7 nights. From a rental period of 3 months, the rent is reduced. Each additional person costs only 10, - € extra. So if 2 people live in the apartment 7 nights the rent per person costs 70, - € : 2 = 35, - € net - with 3 tenants 80, - € : 3 = 26, - € net - if you live three then longer than 3 months I would charge a monthly rent - that would be 22, - € net per person.
