- Toilet, shower, kitchen and washing machine for common use
- Toilet, shower, kitchen and hallway are cleaned once a week by the caretaker
- Tenants bring their own kitchen utensils and bed linen (bed with mattress available)
- Electricity, water and Wi-Fi are included in the rent
- Optional: Parking at the house for CHF 75 / month
- Bicycle parking space available

CONDITIONS:
- Is rented as seen
- The room can be rented for a short or long term.
- Minimum rental period: 1 month
- When concluding the contract, you will need an official ID.
- Room deposit: One month's rent (payable when you move in)
- Key deposit: 50 CHF (payable when moving in)
- Apartment handover fee: 200 CHF (payable once when you move in – non-refundable)
