For rent a house with an area of 430m2 intended for the accommodation of employees.

The location of the facility is located in the south-eastern district of Krakow - Prokocim-Bieżanów, in close proximity to the Wieliczka motorway junction of the Krakow ring road.
Mała Góra/Smolenia, 30-864 Krakow

The accommodation is a detached building located on a fenced, lockable property with a large parking lot.
It consists of 13 rooms, 7 bathrooms and 7 kitchens / kitchenettes - located on 3 floors for up to 40 people.
The building is under renovation, with new equipment.
The rooms are decorated in a guesthouse-style style, with single comfortable couches.
Each bed has an electrical socket, a nightstand for small items and a lockable storage compartment.
Spacious wardrobes are used to store the wardrobe.

Each room has a fridge and a table with chairs where you can have a good time or dine meal.
Blackout and reflective blinds have been installed in the windows, increasing the comfort of living on hot days and enabling sleeping during the night shift during the day.
The kitchens and kitchenettes are fully equipped with all the necessary instruments needed for cooking and eating.

Each place has a cleanliness corner, equipped with equipment for maintaining order, laundry and ironing.
In each room there are clothes dryers for drying laundered clothes (a spacious, public attic can also be used for drying).

High-speed Wi-Fi 1gb/s internet is available in the building.

We care about the safety of residents - each apartment is equipped with a smoke detector and fire extinguishers.
Access to the building is possible through the intercom located at the entrance door (code entrance).
The apartments are locked.

The accommodation is located on a single-family housing estate in a very close proximity to shops - Biedronka, Kaufland, Carrefour, Lidl, Pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, parcel locker, tram and bus terminus - all within a few minutes on foot.
The proximity of MPK stops enables quick communication in every possible direction.

The cost of renting - PLN 600 net per person per month /we issue FVat/.
Utilities are included in the price.

The possibility of renting the whole house or its part - eg one floor with an independent entrance (one floor - 10-16 people).

On individual order, we are able to adapt the facility to a specific group of employees - so as to ensure the best comfort of people living in it.
