Description

I will rent the ground floor of a house with an area of 100 square meters for accommodation for company employees. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (one room for 3 people and two rooms for 2 people), a rest room, a kitchen, a bathroom, an additional toilet and a drying room. Each of the bedrooms is lockable and equipped with wardrobes and beds with comfortable mattresses and fresh linens. The lounge has a TV and a table with chairs to relax after work. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, toilet, shower and instantaneous water heater, thanks to which hot water is available at all times for bathing. The kitchen is fully equipped - it consists of two fridges with freezers, a microwave and a gas stove with an oven. The kitchen cabinets are equipped with cutlery, glasses, plates and pots. An unquestionable advantage of the restaurant is its location on the provincial road No. 925 and 6.5 km from the exit to the A1 motorway. This allows for quick and easy access to most cities of the Silesian agglomeration. The price of accommodation per night is PLN 40 (depends on the length of stay – negotiation possible) and includes fees for gas, water, electricity, heating and internet.
