- PLN 450 gross per month / 1 person (rent for full rooms / fee for the number of beds in the room)
- 300 PLN gross 2 weeks / person (rent for full rooms / fee for the number of beds in the room)

We offer rooms: 2-bed, 3-person and 4-bed.
The price includes all utilities (including heating)
Many locations - Częstochowa and the vicinity of Poczesna commune

The buildings have been renovated and thermo-modernized, which guarantees comfortable accommodation conditions.
There is gas central heating throughout the house and the temperature in the rooms does not drop below 21 degrees in winter.
We do not turn off the heating at night and during the day, heating only in the evening - as other homeowners do.

We invite companies employing employees as well as the employees themselves.

We are a legally operating company that issues VAT invoices for all customers. The rates given in the advertisement are gross rates including all fees and costs of utilities consumed.
