16 fully equipped, newly renovated and fully furnished worker apartments. Centrally and quietly located in Duisburg-Walsum.

For large groups, an entire apartment building with 16 apartments (up to 80 beds) can be rented! For long-term stays and group bookings, we offer attractive and individual prices.

All bookings from 1 to 80 people are welcome! The minimum rental period is 3 days.

There are a total of 16 apartments with a total of 30 rooms, each equipped with 2 to 4 single beds. Each apartment has its own bathroom (some have two or an additional toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen.

Newly renovated apartments with fully equipped kitchen and bath/WC from 1 person and groups up to 80 people, smart TV, WLAN / WiFi, single beds, parking, one washing machine and dryer per apartment. All rooms are equipped with high-speed internet.

The kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer and kettle. The communal kitchens, bathrooms and hallways are cleaned weekly.

The beds are freshly made on arrival! Towels and intermediate cleaning are included in the price.

The 16 apartments are located in a very central yet quiet location in Duisburg-Walsum. All shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity (between 10 and 15 minutes by car).

The accommodation prices are net per room (incl. all additional costs incl. Wi-Fi) and refer to weekly bookings with full occupancy. For bookings for shorter periods, prices may vary slightly. Please inquire about current prices and availability by phone or e-mail.
