Unsere Unterkünfte sind standardmäßig wie folgt eingerichtet:

– Gross Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach in jedem Zimmer oder bei Wohnungen in der Küche.

Oferujemy pokoje 2-4 osobowe w kwaterach wieloosobowych ze wspólną łazienką i kuchnia oraz apartamenty z własną łazienką i wspolna kuchnia .

Nasze obiekty znajdują się w pobliżu środków transportu publicznego, takich jak bus, suburban train, metro
W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajdują się sklepy, restauracje, stacje benzynowe itp.
Przed budynkiem dostępny jest bezpłatny parking przy większości kwater .

W cenę wynajmu wliczone są:
1. Prąd, woda, ogrzewanie, Internet, wywóz śmieci
2. Regularne sprzątanie części wspólnych (kuchnia, łazienka, przedpokój, itp.).
3. Świeża pościel jest dostarczana regularnie.

Pobieramy opłatę za noc od 18,00 € + 7% VAT (przy okresie wynajmu min. 30 nocy). Jeśli okres wynajmu jest krótszy, cena wynajmu wzrasta.
Minimalny okres wynajmu to 7 nocy.
Ponieważ nie wymagamy zaliczki ani kaucji, kwotę należy wpłacić za cały okres rezerwacji lub za miesiąc przed wprowadzeniem się do zakwaterowania.
Można ją uiścić z góry przelewem bankowym lub gotówką w momencie obłożenia. Niestety płatność kartą nie jest u nas możliwa.

We offer rooms for 2-4 people in shared accommodations as well as apartments with bathrooms and shared kitchens
Our accommodation is close to public transport such as bus, S-Bahn, U-Bahn.
In the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, gas stations, etc.
Free parking is available in front of the building at most accommodations.

Included in the rental price are:
– Electricity, water, heating, internet, garbage collection
– Regular cleaning of common areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway, lounges, etc.).
– Fresh linen is provided regularly.

We charge per night per person from € 18.00 + 7% VAT (for a rental period of min. 30 nights). The rental price increases for a shorter rental period.

The minimum rental period is 7 nights.
Since we do not require a deposit or deposit, the amount must be paid for the entire booking period or for one month in advance before moving into the accommodation.
It can be paid in advance by bank transfer or cash when you move into the accommodation. Unfortunately, card payment is not possible with us.
