Below we present the offer of two residential buildings in Warsaw,
Mokotów/Wilanów

We offer comfortable rooms for 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 people in separate 4-room apartments with an independent bathroom, an additional toilet and a spacious kitchen with a dining room.

Free parking.

It takes 25 minutes to get to the center directly by public transport - buses every 5 minutes (Sobieskiego stop)

We rent only entire rooms in the 30-day system (no deposit)
one-time fee on the day of the room release according to the price list below.

Price for a monthly stay (30 days) :
24 PLN/person/day - (5-person room with terrace) 720 PLN/month per person,
25 PLN/person/day - (3-person room) 750 PLN/month per person,
27 PLN/person/day - [4-person room with terrace] 810 PLN/month per person,
27 PLN/person/day - (2-person room) 810 PLN/month per person.

net prices + 8 % VAT

Student rooms for 2 people 900 PLN / month per person

For larger groups, it is possible to rent the entire residential segment exclusively (flat rate 25 PLN/person)
