We run two facilities in Warsaw, below we present our offer:

Facility No. 1 (higher standard):
It offers very comfortable rooms for 2 - 3 - 5 people in separate residential segments with an independent bathroom, toilet and a spacious kitchen with a dining room.

We rent rooms on a monthly basis (without a deposit) - a one-time fee on the day of handing over the room.

We do not combine strangers in one room, so we choose the size of the room according to the accepted reservation.
Free parking.
It takes 25 minutes to get to the center directly by public transport - buses every 5 minutes (Sobieskiego stop) Wilanów

Price per night for a one-month stay:
21 PLN/person - room for 5 persons, wide 100 x200 cm single beds,
22 PLN/person - 3-person room,
23 PLN/person - room for 2 persons
For larger groups, it is possible to rent the entire residential segment or floor exclusively. (special offer 21 PLN / person)

Facility no. 2 (staff hotel)
It offers spacious rooms for 2 - 3 - 4 people in the facility with sanitary facilities and kitchen rooms in the common areas.
We rent rooms on a monthly, 14-day or weekly basis (without a deposit) - a one-time fee on the day of handing over the room.

Single beds only.

18 PLN/person - room for 3 - 4 persons (standard floor),
20 PLN/person - room for 2 - 3 - 4 persons (ground floor, standard +)
