The residential house has been renovated and thermomodernized, which guarantees comfortable accommodation conditions. There is central heating throughout the house and the temperature in the rooms does not drop below 21 degrees.
We do not turn off the heating at night and during the day, heating only in the evening - as other homeowners do.

We invite companies employing employees as well as the employees themselves.

We are a legally operating company that issues VAT invoices for all customers. The rates given in the advertisement are gross rates including all fees and costs of utilities consumed.

The price given in the announcement is for the accommodation of one person for a full month, in the case of a larger number of people or a longer stay, the price can be slightly negotiated. We also rent rooms for shorter periods - please contact me to arrange the conditions.
