Additional information

Bed linen, towels, crockery, coffee maker, kettle and a toaster are provided, see pictures. For entertainment, there's satellite TV, Magenta TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video, as well as always your favorite channel with the Bose SoundTouch 10! For the final cleaning 30,-€ will be charged, a washing machine can be used if necessary.

DG room with private bath/shower and toilet with direct access!
The room is part of a rental apartment and is offered as a sublet for fitters/holiday guests etc., preferably for a longer period of time for weekend home-trippers! A parking space is located directly in front of the house and the possibility to store a bicycle or similar in a garage or cellar. Smoking is not allowed! The room is offered as a single room, but it has two beds and a small sofa bed if needed. For an additional person an additional 30,-€ per day will be charged! Minimum stay is 3 nights, all other wishes may be possible on request! The garage, the parking space and the access to all other private rooms are under camera surveillance.
