You can expect 3 beautiful rooms for day/short-term/sublet.

A private bathroom is new and is available for all 3 rooms, as well as the dining room and the kitchen, which is fully equipped.

The daily rental price is 25€ for the small single room.
For the double room 40€ or 20€ p.p.
The multi-bed room amounts to a total of 60€ for 3-fold occupancy of 20€ p.p. including additional costs.

A long-term tenant pays €500 per week, €2,000 for 4 weeks.
Prices are exclusive of VAT.

The final cleaning is between 50€-90€ depending on the number of people.

Fast Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms.
Just like your own flat screen TV per room.
We are happy to provide you with free towels on request.

There are special prices for long-term subtenants.

Smoking is not allowed in the house. A covered entrance area is available for smokers.
