Cozy apartment (approx. 60sqm, ground floor) in old Franconian house (OT Obervolkach) in the center of Obervolkach, ideal for fitters or several people
Equipment:
1 small room facing the garden (13sqm) with 1 single bed (90x200) and 1 large bed (160x200), smart TV, wardrobe
1 large room with fireplace (about 20sqm) with 1 single bed (100x200) and folding sofa, smart TV, seating (table and 4/5chairs).
Separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, microwave, etc.), washing machine
Bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub
Hallway with large fridge (incl. 2 freezer compartments) and seating
Beautiful garden with various seating areas, covered smoking facility and barbecue.
On the upper floor is our apartment, which is also rented.
Price includes utilities, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.
