In the following, I would like to introduce you to my accommodations.

Apartment types and layout:
Apartments, rooms or studios can be rented.
When renting rooms, the kitchen and bathroom are always for shared use with the other guests on the floor.
When renting an entire apartment or studio, the kitchen and bathroom are always for the exclusive exclusive use of the guests.
The apartments are divided into 2-3 rooms. There are single rooms, double rooms and shared rooms. Not every apartment has single rooms. However, it is possible to accommodate only 1 person in a double room at an additional cost.
The kitchens are mostly located in a separate room. However, there are also studios or apartments where the kitchen is integrated into the living room.

Equipment of the apartment:
All apartments have free Wi-Fi internet (Free WIFI) and TV.
The apartments are 45-70m² in size.
Some of the apartments have a balcony. In some accommodations there is a garden for common use with barbecue facilities and a covered "smoking corner".
The washing machines are usually integrated into the apartment or are located in the hallway.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, 4 hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils such as pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, cutting boards etc.
There are apartments with a large bathroom (lounger tub, shower, double washbasin and 2 x WC)
There are apartments with a small bathroom (shower, sink, 1 x toilet).
Location of the apartments:
The apartments are located in the cozy town of Vaals, directly at the border triangle and only about 3.5 km from Aachen city center. The town has a very special charm and is surrounded by a picturesque landscape that invites you to walk or cycle. There are also a variety of gastronomic offers and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Everything is within walking distance.
The motorway connections are very good and can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The nearest bus stop (Vaals-Grenze) in the direction of Aachen is about 30 meters away. Other bus stops, in the direction of Maastricht and Heerlen are also within a few minutes' walk.

Parking:
There are several public parking options on the German side, including a very large car park about 30 metres away. There is also room for larger vans and smaller trucks. There are also two parking spaces for large trucks and coaches. From 6pm to 9am, there is also the possibility of free public parking directly in front of the accommodation and across the street. The parking lots are under video surveillance by the city, which provides additional security. After 6 p.m. there is virtually an oversupply of free parking spaces, as the shops close at this time and the parking areas are largely empty afterwards.

Check-in:
There are key safes on the main entrance door for self check-in. Before arrival, you will receive directions to your apartment and a notification with the combination of numbers. This allows you to check in around the clock without annoying waiting times.
