Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
We offer you a small apartment with approx. 65 m², which is mainly suitable for fitters.
There are two single bedrooms and one bedroom with two beds. Each room has a desk equipped with chair, wardrobe, bedside table and Smart TV.
A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and oven. As well as kettle and coffee machine ( Senseo) as well as a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer!
A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. An extra toilet with sink.
In one of the rooms there is a large washbasin.
The apartment is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT!
For smokers, we have set up outdoor seating with a table and ashtray.
We would like a deposit of 150,-€ in cash. Of course, you will get the deposit back immediately if you leave the apartment properly.
