Our very quiet, comfortable, 100 sqm apartment, awarded 5 stars by the DTV, for 2-6 people, is located in the middle of the beautiful Ilz Valley between Grafenau and Passau, not far from Freyung, Waldkirchen or Vilshofen.

They have a 26 sqm, comfortably furnished living room on the south side with satellite TV, DVD player and Internet (W-LAN, DSL). A large comfortable U-couch and an additional seating set with four chairs for reading or for the PC offer enough space for everyone's needs.
From your living room you can go directly to your 28 square metre, half-covered, south-facing terrace with garden furniture and make yourself comfortable on your sun loungers or enjoy a cosy meal in the open air.
In the 2500 square meter garden with sunbathing lawn, fish pond, natural bathing pond, campfire and barbecue area you can relax in the evening
Your fully equipped kitchen (13 sqm) with dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, coffee machine, cooker, blender, 4-plate ceramic hob has everything you need for everyday kitchen life.
A dining area with a large extendable table with six chairs offers enough space to eat and linger.
