In Munich-Schwabing, a 2-room apartment and a 3-room apartment are available as flexible company accommodation. The apartments are ideal for companies, fitters, project employees and professionals looking for temporary accommodation in a central location.
The apartments offer several sleeping options and can be used as needed. Equipment, layout and occupancy options are individually coordinated. Both apartments have a balcony. The 3-room apartment also offers a garage, which can be used subject to availability.
A proper invoice will of course be issued. For a rental period of six months or more, a regular rental agreement will be concluded; in this case, VAT will be waived. The final cleaning is a one-time fee of € 180.00. We will be happy to provide you with additional costs and further details on request.
